Whilst travelling back from a family…

Whilst travelling back from a family visit in Cyprus, I left behind some personal and valuable items on the plane during my transfer from Antalya. When researching the best retrieval process, I thankfully came across Mr Fatih and his team. He made the entire process and communication so easy and seamless, and he was super quick to getting my issue solved and so easy to deal with. What stood out for me the most, was how trustworthy and helpful Mr Fatih was - he progressed the matter and didn't request payment until AFTER the item was already shipped. The absolute best and such a beautiful display of the hospitality of the Turkish culture. Thank you team for all of your help.

I left my Bose speaker in the hotel in Antalya and I was gutted because I thought it was lost forever. I got in touch with this company, it was so easy - all via what’s app - immediate response and such an easy process to follow. They got in touch with the hotel, arranged collection, packaged it up and sent it back to me - I had it back days after getting in touch with them. Amazing service I am very happy!! 😊

Lost item st Istanbul Airport

I left my bangle at security in Istanbul Airport and was devastated as it is precious to me. Lost and Found were absolutely fantastic and sorted everything out from locating the bangle, verifying and arranging courier ID for personal collection and then shipping to me in the UK. From the moment the team (Fatih) responded to my online query, to the moment the courier handed me back my iPad, the service was courteous and I was regularly kept informed of progress.
